The Adams Teden Team is made up of partners Laurens Adams Threlkeld, Mary Pell Teden, Frank Adams, and team member Eliza Adams. Laurens Adams Threlkeld
Laurens, an 8th-generation Charlottean, began her career with Helen Adams Realty in 2010. When she returned to Charlotte to join the company, Laurens quickly discovered that her excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills combined with an in-depth knowledge of the Charlotte market are what make her a reliable and invaluable resource to her clients. Now a seasoned agent, Laurens' favorite parts of the job are meeting new people, introducing them to her city, and ensuring that one of their largest investments is a smart one. Laurens is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Charlotte Country Day School. She lives in Myers Park with her husband and three young children.
Mary Pell Teden
Mary Pell, a native of Charlotte, returned to the Queen City in 2015 to pursue a career in real estate and join Helen Adams Realty. Prior to this, Mary Pell attended St. Andrews School in Delaware and UNC-Chapel Hill, going on to work at A Bar A Ranch in Wyoming, in New York at Acquavella Galleries, and for a commercial real estate firm in Washington, D.C. Through these experiences, Mary Pell developed the capacity to relate to different types of people from all walks of life which have proven to be invaluable in her career. This, as well as her attention to detail and analytical skills, combined with her Charlotte background, make Mary Pell an excellent real estate agent. Her love of Charlotte and her compassion for people help Mary Pell meet her client's needs to the utmost potential. Mary Pell lives in Plaza Midwood with her husband and children.
Frank Adams
As a Charlotte native, Frank has a keen interest in the city's steady growth, historic preservation, and architecture. Frank grew up in Myers Park and is very familiar with the history and detail of many of Charlotte's finest homes as well as the rapidly expanding areas around the city. Frank's passion for the area and dedication to customer satisfaction combine to make him a vital resource for all of his clients. He believes that Charlotte's quality of life, sense of community, and small town core are what make it the ideal place to live and work. In addition to his agent role, Frank manages all ancillary business partnerships with affiliated companies with whom Helen Adams Realty has an ownership stake or marketing agreement. Frank is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and Charlotte Country Day and he is an Eagle Scout. Frank lives in Dilworth with his wife and children.
Eliza Adams
After graduating from college and prior to joining Helen Adams Realty, Eliza lived in Austin, TX where she worked as a loan officer for a national mortgage corporation. Eliza quickly discovered that her analytical and interpersonal skills as a loan officer would make her a valuable resource as a realtor. As a Charlotte native, Eliza attended Charlotte Country Day School and Myers Park High School allowing her to become very familiar with the neighborhoods and experience the growth of Charlotte and all that it has to offer. Her favorite part of the job is reconnecting with friends and meeting new people. Eliza is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and Myers Park High School. Eliza lives in Madison Park.
